NCL appoints new business development manager for NSW, ACT, SA

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced the appointment of Chris Catanzariti as the line’s business development manager for NSW, ACT and SA, reporting to senior sales manager AUNZ, Angela Middleton.

Catanzariti comes to NCL with experience in delivering marketing, sales, partnerships and event strategies while maintaining and solidifying relationships with travel partners from his time at G Adventures, Back-Roads, American Airlines and Evolution Travel Collective. The last two years he has extended his commercial skills with positions at OZHarvest and BridgeClimb Sydney.

“Providing the best support and expertise to our valued travel partners requires having the best people and we are thrilled to welcome a professional of Chris’s calibre to the NCL team”, Damian Borg, NCL director of sales, Australia and New Zealand, said.

“Chris brings a wealth of experience to his new role and is highly respected by industry peers, colleagues and clients.”

Catanzariti added: “I’m delighted to join the NCL team at such a pivotal time for the brand, having just welcomed Norwegian Spirit to Australian waters while counting down to the debut of NCL’s second Prima Class ship, Norwegian Viva later this year.

“I look forward to bringing to life NCL’s ‘Partners First’ philosophy while working closely alongside our valued trade partners on this incredible brand.”
