Room to move at Cairns Harbourside Hotel with ‘spacious’ new family package
Edited by Travel Weekly

Cairns Harbourside Hotel is offering a new Stay Together package that provides families with space for being together and space for being apart.

The new ‘spacious’ deal offers families two interconnecting rooms with two separate bathrooms, secure private balconies, and a kitchenette to provide the extra flexibility of self-catering when it suits them.

That means moody teenagers can stay in the room and eat two-minute noodles as brothers and sisters aged 12 and under eat free when dining with adults.

Even better, couples can enjoy relaxed private sleep-ins while children entertain themselves with multi-channel TV and free internet.

The Stay Together package is $399 per night for the two rooms, a saving of up to $100 if rooms are booked separately.

Located on the Cairns Esplanade overlooking Trinity Bay, Cairns Harbourside Hotel has lush tropical gardens and features panoramic ocean and hinterland views from each room’s private balcony.

Amenities and services include swimming pool and spa, tropical gardens, e-scooter hire, free CBD shuttle and the Harbourside Bar & Kitchen.

The hotel is a short stroll into town along the Esplanade, where the Cairns lagoon – a family favourite – offers swimming all year round, plenty of alfresco restaurants, volleyball courts, a skate park, free fitness classes, public art and live entertainment.
