Sydney draws foodie fans and photographers
By admin

A fusion of Aussie food and photography will be on display at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park when it transforms into a gallery for the ‘Shoot the Chef’ exhibition during Good Food Month Sydney.

The competition sees professional, student and amateur photographers getting creative to present chefs from all kitchens in unique photographs, with the finalists to have their works displayed alongside winners for the first time this year.

This year’s winning image was shot by James Ross, and was entitled ‘Holly’, however if you feel you’ve got an eye for photography, visitors can have their say during the Good Food Month in the People’s Choice Award, open until October 31.

Guests can visit the exhibition, snap a photo of their favourite, upload it to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, and state in 25 words or less why the image should be voted People’s Choice, attaching the hashtag #shootthechefpullman.

Good Food Month also brings a number of other attractions together to celebrate culinary brilliance down under, with Night Noodle Markets from October 10 to 25, and a Bar Hop at Bar Rendezvous with special cocktail and tapas menus created by Pullman’s culinary ambassador Justin North.

To see what other gastronomic attractions appeal to you, visit Good Food Month’s website.
