Jetstar launches members-only sale with 12,000 seats on offer for $20 each

Jetstar has launched a Club Jetstar exclusive sale with over 12,000 seats on offer for $20, including Melbourne Tullamarine to Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Sydney to Cairns.

If you’re not already a Club Jetstar member, you can sign up at Jetstar.com when making your booking.

Annual membership costs are $55 and will give travellers early access to the biggest flight sales on jetstar.com, member-only fares plus discounts on bags and seats for travellers and up to four others when tickets are booked together.

The new sale runs today from 9am to 9pm (EST), unless sold out prior. Travel dates include early October to mid-December 2021. Fares and full conditions for the sale are available at jetstar.com.

The $20 fares include:

  • Ballina Byron to Melbourne (Tullamarine)
  • Brisbane to Hobart
  • Brisbane to Melbourne (Tullamarine)
  • Cairns to Perth
  • Cairns to Sydney
  • Gold Coast (Coolangatta) to Melbourne (Tullamarine)
  • Launceston to Sydney
  • Melbourne (Avalon) to Gold Coast (Coolangatta)
  • Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Uluru (Ayers Rock)
  • Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Busselton (Margaret River)
  • Newcastle to Gold Coast (Coolangatta)
  • Perth to Sydney
  • Sydney to Ballina Byron
  • Sydney to Townsville

For added peace of mind, Jetstar has introduced greater flexibility if there are any changes to flights due to border changes.

If customers are affected by changes to border restrictions, they can receive a credit voucher to the full value of their booking. Depending on the circumstances, cash refunds or free changes to flight dates or times may also be available.

For customers wanting even more choice, Jetstar‘s FareCredit product allows them to cancel their booking for any reason and get a credit voucher to the value of the flight, plus any in-flight extras (excluding the cost of FareCredit).

Through the Fly Well program, Jetstar is also carrying out a range of measures to “ensure a safe environment at airports and onboard, giving customers extra peace of mind”.

This includes contactless check-in, enhanced cleaning, and masks and sanitising wipes made available to customers.

The sale comes as competitor Virgin Australia launches a nearly week-long national sale with one-way business class fares from as low as $279 and one-way economy fares from $67.
