Airline Ratings has released their annual ratings, with Air New Zealand winning best airline in the world for the fourth year in a row.

“In our objective analysis Air New Zealand came out number one in virtually all of our audit criteria, which is an exceptional performance,”  AirlineRatings.com publisher Geoffrey Thomas said.

Virgin Australia was awarded Best Cabin Crew as well as being appointed best business class. Virgin Australia’s experience ‘The Business’ is on board the Boeing 777 Airbus A330 fleet.
