Laura Morrison of STA Travel New Zealand has been confirmed as the first winner of G Adventures’ annual Über Massive Incentive, snapping up two places on its Colombia Express itinerary.

Morrison was chosen at random from bookings made during January and was surprised in store with her prize.

“I really can’t thank G Adventures enough,” she said.

“I am absolutely delighted with the prize and can’t wait to get to Colombia, already discussing the dates with my cousin who lives in the UK, she’s over the moon as well!”

But worry not – there are still three trips to win, including the major prize drawn at the end of the promotion, a trip to Antarctica for an agent and one friend, including flights with Air New Zealand.

Alongside weekly prizes including GoPro packages, Mountain Design vouchers and National Geographic subscriptions, agents can still win an adventure through Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and nine days in Japan.

All agents have to do to enter is confirm a G Adventures tour booking between 28 December 2015 and 31 March 2016. The more bookings confirmed the more entries an agent receives in the draw.

Winners will be announced each week until 8 April through G Adventures’ UMI newsletter. Agents must be registered with G Adventures’ sales platform, Sherpa, to be in the running. Agents can also join the UMI Facebook group for updates and the opportunity to win spot-prizes.
