Most notably, he has spent the majority of his career building and leading high-performing teams within the Flight Centre Brand, making significant contributions to their success.

    Throughout his career, Robertson has cultivated a culture of continuous learning and growth within his teams, enabling team members to excel in their roles and advance within their respective organisations. His dedication to nurturing talent has been a cornerstone of his leadership, fostering an environment where individuals can reach their full potential.

    With extensive travel experience, visiting over 65 countries to date, Robertson has a profound understanding of diverse travel markets and customer needs and his sales and customer service record is a testament to a deep-rooted passion for the industry.
