Get ready to roll the marketing dice with Susan Coghill: Travel DAZE EXEC 2024
Edited by Travel Weekly

After the much-anticipated release of our 2024 Travel DAZE Executive agenda last week, the announcement of the Travel Weekly session with Tourism Australia’s Susan Coghill has been receiving some real hype.

Speaking in Cairns in June, our very own editor at large, Nancy Hromin will be in conversation with Coghill, to discover everything from marketing Australia to the world and how do they do it to what it means to steer the ship that is our national brand.

Coghill spearheads Australia’s global marketing and is responsible for creating and developing Tourism Australia’s brand assets for global campaigns to ensure the brand cuts through in a competitive international market.

In her time at Tourism Australia, Coghill has also held roles as general manager creative, content and campaigns and is a key part of setting the creative marketing direction for Tourism Australia, overseeing the recent Dundee, Undiscover Australia and Australia Inc. campaigns.

We’ll be going behind the scenes of the advertisements that have put Australia on the map and some of the best and worst and worst brand ambassadors she’s come across (and we are sure she has some juicy stories to tell. From other countries of course!)

Taking calculated risks in marketing is part of the game, so don’t miss this session with the marketing powerhouse for Brand Australia that will take you through exactly how travel brands can deliver exceptional results with an occasional roll of the dice.

Travel DAZE Exec is Australia’s leading forum for the most influential minds in the industry. Tackling an array of hot-button issues, Travel DAZE Exec brings together leading names to look at how we can propel the industry forward.

You’ll have the chance to hear from award-winning journalists, travel industry pioneers, authors, public figures, influencers, entrepreneurs, musicians, artists, and much more.
