Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) flagship large market corporate division, FCM, is set to launch an industry-leading thought leadership series dubbed as ‘Th!nk’ at CAPA’s Australia Pacific Aviation Summit 2023 taking place at Sofitel Brisbane on 14 and 15 September.

The ‘Th!nk Series’ is focused solely on sharing thought leadership content from FCM’s vast global community of experts. The series will feature a mix of formats, including videos, webinars, and reports, and will be available on-demand so people can access it whenever they want it.

“The ‘Th!nk Series’ is an incredibly valuable resource for anyone who wants to stay up to date on the latest trends and insights in the travel industry and learn from the best minds in the business,” said Melissa Elf, Flight Centre Corporate Managing Director, ANZ.

“The content provided is meant to motivate people to think differently, influence you to make critical changes, and inspire you to take alternative approaches to traditional corporate travel management.”

The launch of the ‘Th!nk Series’ will take place at CAPA’s Australia Pacific Aviation Summit 2023. The two-day summit is highly regarded as the key industry event for the region.

Combining engaging presentations with panel discussions and Q&A sessions, the summit offers thought leadership, valuable networking opportunities, and in-depth insight on the issues and trends that shape the local and global airline industry.

FCTG Global CEO and Managing Director Graham ‘Skroo’ Turner will headline on day one with an Airline Leader Interview moderated by APAC Network, Chief Strategy Officer, Oriel Morrison.

Other key sessions for FCM will see ‘NDC explained and a TMC perspective’ with Head of Account Management Renos Rologas, who will then go on to moderate an industry stakeholder panel for ‘NDC and partnering for true customer value’, that will also feature FCTG’s Global Chief Technology Officer, Corporate, Jonathan Clark.

This will be followed by FCM Consulting’s Head of APAC Felicity Burke, who will delve into and take attendees through global business travel trends and sustainability.

“CAPA’s Australia Pacific Aviation Summit 2023 is an incredibly important event for our industry, and we’re not only proud to be supporting it, but it’s also testament to the credibility and influence of our great thought leaders that we’re able to speak on so many panels and trends,” Ms Elf said.
