This Airbnb host’s epic Star Wars-themed villa is just minutes from Galaxy’s Edge

Are your clients in need of a Star Wars fix on their next US getaway? Lucky for you, there’s a massive themed villa just 15 minutes from Galaxy’s Edge.

With the eagerly awaited return of Disney’s Star Wars Day at Sea’ just around the corner, along with the opening of a themed hotel in the year ahead, there’s never been a better time to jump into the Star Wars universe.

And now, thanks to a group of diehard Airbnb hosts, there’s even a short-term rental themed around the iconic universe (closer than a galaxy, far, far away).

Called ‘Twelve Parsecs by Loma Homes’, the Florida-based property boasts nine bedrooms, 17 beds and five baths, and is capable of hosting more than 16 guests.

“In this galaxy far, far away, work and the ‘real-world’ are light years behind you. Set aside the first 10 minutes of your vacation just to run through the house and discover—and watch the kids discover—all of the features that make Twelve Parsecs like a live-in movie set. (If movie sets had a private, heated swimming pool and resort amenities, of course.)” the Airbnb ad reads.

Twelve Parsecs isn’t affiliated with Disney, but the property is a mere 15 minutes from Galaxy’s Edge, the production company’s Star Wars-themed area located within Disneyland Park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Each of the home’s nine bedrooms are inspired by a different planet from the Star Wars universe, with painstakingly detailed, hand-painted wall murals, 3D custom-moulded planets, and handmade beds.

“Wake up in a swamp lush with vines, an ice bed, or a pod racer, placing you right in the scenes from your favorite movie series. Then brush your teeth in one of five character-themed bathroomsfrom rebels to your favorite robots. Fuel up for your theme park adventures in the full kitchen, with all appliances and plenty of countertop space,” the Airbnb ad reads.

Plus, for diehard fans of the franchise, there are even 16 film Easter eggs found inside the house.

To top it all off, at time of publishing the property in total costs $641.35 per night. With 16 guests, this equates to an affordable $40 each per night.
