Introducing Small Group Touring Co.

The new company will focus on authenticity and connecting travellers to some of the world’s finest destinations.

With offices in the US, Australia and Sri Lanka, the company has launched with 30 small group tours that visit 38 countries in 6 regions – Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, Middle East and South America.

Kevin Bishop will head up the global company as its Chief Operating Officer, which has
offices in the United States, Australia and Sri Lanka.

“Our mission is simple, to offer small group tours to the world’s finest destinations that leave a lasting positive effect on our travellers and the places and people we visit” Kevin Bishop, CEO of the new brand said.

“The Small Group Touring Co. traveller is someone looking for an active holiday without forgoing the creature comforts, like superior accommodation and delicious food.”

The brand has a strong focus on not only giving travellers an opportunity to tick off iconic sites but to also gain insight into the local culture and people through a series of unique experiences.

Its product design specialists have injected a series of ‘small connections’ into each itinerary to give travellers something more, a deeply personal connection to a place and its people.

Dennis Bunnik, CEO of the Bunnik Group, said the launch of Small Group Touring Co. is an exciting time for the Bunnik Group who have been operating Bunnik Tours for over 20 years.

Differentiating from Bunnik Tours, Small Group Touring Co. tours are shorter in length, providing Australian travellers more choice when it comes to choosing a small group tour.

“We know that more and more people are looking for that small group touring option and the Small Group Touring Co. offers a group size of 12 to 18 travellers, so we can ensure that everyone on tour has the best opportunity to connect with the sites, customs and culture of their tour destination.

“Whilst the Bunnik Tours brand is only sold in the Australian market, the Small Group Touring Co. brand is designed for a broader market. We first launched the Small Group Touring Co. in the United States in Q4 of 2018 and have been very pleased with how it has been received.” Dennis said.

All reservations and operations will be handled by the Bunnik Group’s wholly owned office based in Sri Lanka. The service centre is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm (EST) and can be contacted toll free on 1800 865 285.
