Grab that bikini, Bali hotel prices plummet!

If you haven’t been to Bali, are you even an Aussie? Well, if you haven’t, now is apparently one of the best times to go.

You’d be forgiven for thinking that hotel prices in the tropical paradise would soar over the cold Aussie winter months, but according to new research, the opposite is the case.

TripAdvisor searched 200 sites for the latest and lowest hotel prices (you’re welcome) and compared hotel pricing data over the past month. And guess what?

Hotel rates in Denpasar will decrease over $50 per night on average – that’s a 21 per cent saving in August compared to July.

So if you’ve been saving your dollarydoos for a trip to escape winter – here are the price deets for you. In July, the average nightly rate in Denpasar, Bali was $274 – and in August, it will be $215. And all those savings can buy a whole lotta’ cocktails in Bali.
