Creative Holidays goes one better

Creative Holidays goes one better

As part of its ongoing investment in technology, Creative Holidays has released version 3.1 of its Agent booking engine.

The improved UX will help Agents manage their clients’ budgets better, provide them with improved documentation, and create quotes and itineraries even faster.

Managing director James Gaskell said it all comes down to the agent feedback.

“The enhancements all focus on ease of use for Agents,” he said.

The team of developers have created a more streamlined approach to the hotel search and shopping-cart functionality to further reduce the number of clicks and time it takes for Agents to create a quote or booking, plus documentation improvements to now display items by individual passenger names.

“We are confident that the improved UX, in addition to our aggregated global content from the world’s biggest names in travel, competitive pricing, fantastic customer deals, low $100 deposit and flexible payment terms will help Agents win business and close deals,” Gaskell added.

“We’re really excited about this round of enhancements and will continue to evolve the Agent booking engine, along with the business as a whole.”

Agents can login at creativeholidays.com/agents using the username they received via email or create a new agency account.
