Air New Zealand and ANZ renew partnership

Air New Zealand and ANZ renew partnership

Air New Zealand and ANZ bank have re-tied the knot relating to the Air New Zealand Airpoints™ programme.

ANZ has vowed for a further five years, giving ANZ Airpoints Visa card holders benefit from better Airpoints Dollar earning rates on their credit card spend.

“The renewal of our partnership is great news for ANZ Airpoints Visa card holders who are now able to earn Airpoints Dollars on their everyday spend up to 20 percent faster.” Air New Zealand general manager customer value Hamish Rumbold said.

In addition to customers earning Airpoints Dollars faster, Platinum customers can now earn complimentary Air New Zealand Lounge passes for every $20,000 spent on eligible purchases each year.

ANZ Airpoints Visa Platinum card holders now earn one Airpoints Dollar for every $75 spent on eligible purchases on their card while ANZ Airpoints Visa Classic card holders earn one Airpoints Dollar for every $120 spent on eligible purchases on their card.

The re-signing of ANZ follows recent announcements of new Airpoints earning partnerships with Westpac, Audi, Farmlands and Bayleys Real Estate.
