Travel Corporation event goes global

Travel Corporation event goes global
By admin

From wine and cheese tasting in France with Trafalgar to gelato in Italy with Insight, the Travel Corporation took travel trade and media around the world at their event in Sydney last night.

Held at the Australian Museum, guests collected their passports and boarded for a journey around the world while experiencing the different brands of the Travel Corporation.

Creative Holidays boasted a bean bag area in Bali, where massages complimented the coconut water and zen.  Contiki showed their youthful fun with deck chairs, a DJ and beers.

Meanwhile across in the AAT Kings booth there was the chance to cozy up to some Australian wildlife.

Europe was represented by an Italian Insight Vacations booth, complete with a delicious gelato cart. Trafalgar took on the French flair of wine and cheese tasting.

Turkish delights, beachside Cinque Terre and bustling Asian markets brought a touch of locations on offer from Busabout, where visitors could create Instagram envy in the photobooth.

Tasty South American treats were cooked up by Adventure World, who offered the chance to learn how to cook your very own empanadas.

Uniworld’s cocktails in the Leopard Lounge had guests imagining they were cruising the grand rivers of Europe, while the Red Carnation Hotel Collection brought a piece of The Living Wall at The Rubens at the Palace in London.

Overall the evening offered a diversity of experiences that can be enjoyed around the globe and what travel is offered from each individual brand.

To end the night was a reminder that no matter where you travel in the world, Australia has some good looking men, with the attendence of Australia's Bachelor Tim Robards.
