Hawaiian Airlines made a US$3.4 million loss in the fourth quarter but still saw its year end profit hit US$53.2 milliion.

 

Mantra Group has grown its number of properties in New Zealand to 12 following the addition of Peppers Portage and Mantra Lake Tekapo. Its Kiwi portfolio now includes eight Peppers, two Mantra and two BreakFree properties.

 

Africa specalist Bench International has released an eight-day "ladies only" itinerary of Mount Kilimanjaro's Machame Route. The itinerary departs Moshi on November 17 priced from $2090. There is an additional departure for single travellers on July 13.

 

The Asia Pacific division of Worldhotels reported a 7.3% revenue increase in 2012 with the addition of new properties fuelling the growth. Revenue his US$108.2 million with reservations climbing almost 8%.

Trafalgar has drawn up a new range of airfares with Virgin Australia with prices from $979 to Los Angeles, $1109 to San Francisco or Las Vegas, $1197 to New York and $1399 to Boston. The offers are available with any Trafalgar America and Canada tour booked before February for travel until September 30.

 

International Rail is offering free travel days with its Eurail Global Consecutive Pass. Bookings made between February 1 and March 31 of the 15, 21 or month-long passes will earn an extra two, three or five travel days.

 

G Adventures has launched a new itinerary featuring South Georgia, the Falkland Islands in addition to the Antarctic Peninsula. The trip departs Buenos Aires on October 17, with a 25% discount available on selected cabins when booked by February 28.

 

Travelmarvel will add two new ships, Travelmarvel Jewel and Travelmarvel Diamond, to its European river cruising season for 2014. The new program includes a 15-day Classical Europe cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest, priced from $5295 per person.

 

Travelport has released Crosscheck Travel Enterprise (CCTE) version 12.2, the latest upgrade of its client management, fulfillment and financial management system. New functionalities include task management tool TripCheck and document links, with the program also integrated into the latest version of Universal Desktop.
