Emirates, Qantas codeshare grows

Qantas and Emirates are forging ahead with the implementation of their tie-up, as the Dubai-based carrier placed its EK code on 34 additional Qantas routes.

Qantas routes between Australia and South East Asia along with domestic Australian services are the latest to receive the Emirates code, although reservation for these routes is not currently available.

The new codeshare routes follow from the addition of services from Dubai to London Heathrow, Melbourne and Sydney which opened for reservation last week.

According to website Airline Route, the planned Emirates codeshare routes are as follow:
