Agents thrive with simpler system

It’s all coming up Creative, with reports of triple digit growth since launching its super shiny new agent site.

The company’s enhanced agent booking engine was launched in March, placing an emphasis on a simpler way of booking travel for clients, and the release of new versions and further enhancements ensured it kept things seamless for agents.

Creative Holidays has reported triple digit growth in the months following the launch of its enhanced agent booking engine, creativeholidays.com/agents

Managing director James Gaskell said, “While the website’s initial launch was warmly received by the industry, we’ve been really pleased to see momentum really gain throughout its evolution.

“For example, since the release of version 2.1 in early June we experienced a 110% increase in total transaction value booked online.

“The platform’s strong performance continued into July with the release of version 2.2 of the agent booking engine where we experienced yet another increased in TTV booked online signaling a growth of 48% month on month.”

“Looking forward, this growth trend for Creative Holidays is holding strong. We’re welcoming new agents to the platform every day and are continuing to invest in technology innovations which will be rolled out in months to come, all part of our commitment to making travel simple.”

Speaking on Creative Holidays’ new agent booking engine, Figtree Travel Centre’s senior travel consultant Liesel Brown said, “I love being able to put all my air through Creative Holidays as I get the benefits of wholesale airfares and making more commission, sales figures go towards my star performers status and the best part is I get to keep full control of my PNR to be able to see time changes, add airline requests and any changes required, the whole process is quick and easy.”

Agents can login at creativeholidays.com/agents using the username they received via email or create a new agency account.
