Princess Cruises has launched a new program designed to help agents win more repeat business.

The Welcome Home program encourages cruisers to book their next cruise via their travel agent within 60 days of returning home from a cruise with the offer of incentives such as onboard credits of up to $125 and reduced deposits. Princess will directly email the guests upon their return.

In addition, the cruise line has introduced a future cruise deposit scheme, payable to a travel agent, which gives cruisers two years to decide upon their future cruise destination.

 

Virtual payment system WEX has confirmed its third Australian customer as wholesale firm Creative Holidays as it continues its Australian expansion.

The deal, which also includes Creative's sister brands New Horizons Holidays and Brendan Tours, follows the signing of online travel agents Webjet and Wotif in recent months.

 

Dubai-based carrier Emirates has confirmed it will launch services to Sialkot, marking its fifth route to Pakistan.

The four times weekly Airbus A330-200 service will commence on November 5.

 

Asia specialist Travel Indochina has released a range of "late getaways" including international airfares on selected small group journeys to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and China.

The guaranteed departures are designed to enable spontaneity, while also offering "choice and certainty".

Its 10-day Highlights of Vietnam itinerary is priced from $2643 including airfares from Sydney or Melbourne, $2850 from Brisbane and $2993 from Perth.
