The challenge for the industry is…. Keeping up with technology, and how to get your message out to your audience.

The things I like about my job are… Everything – what’s there not to like about telling the world what an amazing place Fiji is – sharing the culture, the beautiful resorts (three of the top 100 resorts!!), the varied landscapes and the scope of experiences.

And the frustrations… People not realising sooner what a truly wonderful place it is.

If I didn’t work in travel I would be a… CIA agent!

Qantas or Virgin? I have the right to remain silent!

My proudest moment was… Both my children are high achievers, so I’m proud frequently.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was… Trust me, you reeeeeeeally don’t want to know.

I try to relax by… Dreaming I can teleport and end up on one of Fiji’s 333 islands.

The last time I feared for my life… I don’t remember – it takes a lot to scare me.

If I can, I always try to avoid… Using the car horn – it’s embarrassing and gets everyone flustered.

I really wish I had… Straight hair.

The best advice I’ve ever received was… Everything good in life is illegal, immoral or fattening.  My mum is a woman before her time.

I don’t understand why… More people don’t head out to the different regions of Fiji.  They are all amazing and offer a vast array of different experiences.

My greatest weakness is… Not having an edit button between my brain and my mouth.

And my greatest strength… Is my passion for my destination, and an ability to work 23hrs a day when I love what I’m doing – it’s not really work then, is it?

If I was prime minister I would… Legislate a yearly holiday to Fiji for all working Australians.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would… Buy an island somewhere happiness would find me …. Oh, Fiji!!

If I could be someone else for one day I would be… Ben Roberts-Smith’s PA.

I’ve always wanted to travel to… A private island with 20 of my nearest and dearest.

My favourite holiday was… My first family holiday, which was (and I kid you not) to Fiji.  That’s where my passion comes from.  Fiji is where many happy memories have been made for my family, and now my kids are older, that makes it so much more special to me.
