Avis launches high-end car rental brand for luxe travellers

Avis Australia has launched a new high-end car rental brand for all you luxe travellers out there.

The new brand, Avid Prestige, will hire out sports cars, supercars and premium luxury cars, with models including the Lamborghini Huracan, Rolls-Royce Ghost, McLaren 57OS, Ferrari 488, Bentley Continental GT plus many more.

Tom Mooney, managing director of Avis Australia said the new brand will make the luxury car market more accessible for Aussies hiring a special vehicle for major milestone celebrations or for a luxe weekend away.

“As a trusted brand in the car rental industry, we wanted to provide our customers with even greater choice, and access to some of the most desirable cars in Australia, which is why we’ve launched Avis Prestige,” Mooney said.

“Our goal at Avis is to always be driven by better.”

The launch of Avis Prestige builds on Avis’ existing premium car hire offering, Avis Signature Series, which offers customers access to a range of Mercedes and BMW Vehicles.

Avis has partnered with Australian luxury car rental company, Prestige Rentals, which will manage the customer experience end-to-end, including delivery and pick up of the car from a customer’s chosen location.

Avis Prestige will be available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast for customers aged 25 years and above for prestige cars and 30 years and above for supercars.
