WATCH: ‘Drunk’ woman on motorised suitcase chased by police through airport

Yep, that’s right, a woman on a motorised suitcase was pursued by police in a low-speed chase through Orlando International Airport after getting barred from flying for allegedly being too drunk.

A video, which is taken from police body footage by Orlando Police Officer Andrew Mamone, shows him chasing Chelsea Alston as she rides away, fliped her middle finger towards the officer and said “F*** you, suck my d***.”

“Oh man, that thing kind of goes fast,” Mamone said.

“Think I’m faster but.”

Unfortunately for Mamone, he wasn’t much faster.

According to court records, Alston, 32, was barred from flying on a Southwest Airlines flight to New York in April 2021 after airline workers claimed she appeared drunk.

“I don’t want no beef. I’m just trying to go home and enjoy myself,” she said in the video.

“I’ve been here for hours.”

The interaction begins as the police officer discusses with Alston the problem of there being little to do on bad weather days. Mamone then asks her to go to the terminal to sober up before catching her flight, to which Alston replies that she only had two drinks.

“I’m not that intoxicated,” she said before she jetting off on her suitcase in the same way you might see an overenthusiastic man on a motorised esky recreating the Bathurst 1000.

This is when Mamone realises he was not faster than a speeding drunk lady on a suitcase.

The officer took to his radio to describe the situation at hand.

“We’re going to have a bike pursuing a suitcase in a minute,” he said.

“It’s going to be crazy.”

As Mamone rides past bemused passengers, he comments on the “totally normal” situation before finally catching up to the intoxicated lady at the air train.

Once catching up to her, the officer challenges Alston to a race in an effort to lead her out of the departure area.

“Can you roll with me to the main terminal?” Mamone said.

“Let’s just roll our little wheels to the other side of TSA ok, because this is a secure area, I got to have you on the other side of TSA then I promise you I’ll leave you alone.”

But, all good things (or extremely novel things in this case) must come to an end and Alston was arrested for allegedly refusing to comply and spitting in the officers direction, according to WKMG-TV.

She pled not guilty to charges of battering a police officer and causing more than $1,000 damage to his patrol car.
