Tourism New Zealand shows off new marketing hub for Aussie agents

Tourism New Zealand is making it easier than ever for Australian travel agents to keep the Land of the Long White Cloud top of mind with clients and effortlessly sell the destination.

Launched yesterday, the 100% Pure New Zealand Marketing Hub boasts a wealth of professionally designed and customisable marketing tools created to empower agents and convert sales.

The free marketing tools include videos, email templates, sharable Facebook posts, Zoom backgrounds, sales flyers, and images. Agents are able to customise many of the assets with their own sales message, logo and contact information.

Tourism NZ’s head of trade for Australia, Sandra Etter, said: “Last year, Australians made up over 40 per cent of international arrivals to New Zealand. Australia’s close relationship with New Zealand makes it a key market to keep preference high.

“Despite the changes in travel, consideration remains high, with 70 per cent of active considerers fully supportive of a trans-Tasman bubble.”

Etter said Tourism NZ’s new self-service marketing hub arms agents with the right tools to “masterfully engage” their clients.

“Now more than ever it’s important to support travel agents, with around 48 per cent of bookings made through traditional channels,” she said.

An online introduction to the marketing hub will be held on Thursday 11 February at 11am (AEDT). To learn more about the webinar and stay up to date with trade news from Tourism NZ, click here.

Qualified agents are also invited to join Tourism NZ’s group for its Australian trade partners.
