What are you cooking?

Cooking is a chore for me – I’m cooking plain meals.

How are you staying fit both physically and mentally?

Hanging out with and riding my horse.

What’s something positive you’ve witnessed or experienced since the coronavirus hit?

Some parts of Mother Nature receiving a well-deserved break, and much more quality family time caring for my elderly parents due to not going out running around as much.

What have you learned about yourself amid the crisis?

I have more patience than I thought I did.

What’s your advice for others in the industry on coping with the crisis?

Try to help as many people as you can. Even if it’s not your original reservation, these clients will remember in the future that YOU were the one to help them in this time of crisis.

Where is your favourite domestic travel destination?

North Stradbroke Island.

What is the one international travel memory keeping you going through this time?

Standing on the beach at Anzac Cove for the 100th Anniversary of Gallipoli 2015 with my husband and elderly mum and dad.

Where do you want to travel to once international travel restrictions ease up?

New Zealand.
