Globus launches small-group Africa holidays for 2021

Are your clients dreaming of mystical mountains, savanna grasslands and endless plains?

For adventure seekers, 2020 has been a bit of a dud year, unless you count wrestling fellow shoppers for a roll of toilet paper as an adventure.

Globus family of brands is looking ahead to 2021 with hopes of sending travellers to go and see where the wild things are: Africa.

Whether your client has a hankering for a game drive or fancies exploring fascinating cities, Africa promises to deliver big beyond spotting the ‘big five’.

In 2021, Globus and Cosmos are offering seven Africa holidays that invite travellers to pack their khakis, greys and greens to get ready for the ride (rides) of their lives.

“We can’t camouflage our excitement for Africa and the incredible – and incredibly diverse – holidays we offer travellers,” said Gai Tyrrell, managing director of Globus across Australasia.

“Whether they choose to follow the tracks of the ‘big five’ in Kenya and Nairobi, watch the sunrise over the Serengeti plains or sunset along South Africa’s Garden Route, hear the roar of the lions on the Maasai Mara or the thunderous roar of Victoria Falls on the legendary Zambezi River, we have the perfect Africa holidays planned for travellers.

Our robust offerings include new Small Group Discovery holidays byway of Globus and Cosmos next year.”

With an average of 20 guests per departure, for the first time, all 2021 Globus and Cosmos Africa holidays are Small-Group Discovery tours, promising room to roam with up-close access to fascinating sights.

Travelling via a custom-designed four-wheel drive safari vehicle, travellers can search for Cape Buffalo, cheetah, zebra, elephant, lion and giraffe on safari in places like Serengeti National Park, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Amboseli National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Chobe National Park and Kruger National Park.

Globus ‘Local Favourites’ experiences also invite travellers to spend time with Jane Goodall’s beloved chimpanzees at Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, sip mimosas at a bush breakfast or a sundowner drink in the Maasai Mara, and watch a traditional Maasai dance performance in the Serengeti

The cherry on top? Your clients can save five per cent off Globus Africa getaways and $75 off Cosmos Africa trips.
