Australia’s largest travel buying network has welcomed aboard two former Helloworld agencies.

Victoria-based Bayview travel and Queensland-based Complete Business Travel have joined CT Partners as members.

CT Partners is made up of 20 of the largest independent corporate travel management firms and premium leisure agencies and gives its members access to competitive prices on air, hotel, car rental, technology, and insurance rates.

“Bayview Travel and Complete Business Travel (CBT) are strong, established businesses with solid industry reputations and a premium business mix making them a perfect fit for CT Partners,” CT Partners general manager Ian Edwards said.

“Both Bayview and CBT value the strength of the CT Partners model, especially the close working collaboration between our members and the full transparency of supplier payments with 100 per cent going back to members. We are delighted to welcome them to the group.”

Commenting on the move, Bayview Travel’s Chris McGetrick said: “In these unsettling times, yield maximisation, remuneration transparency and a strong and united buying group were the principal reasons behind Bayview Travel’s decision to join CT Partners.

Complete Business Travel’s Miriam Fois said: “The commercial benefits are compelling, allowing us to continue to invest in the development of our people and in ways to further enhance our customer offering.”
