APT Top Achievers enjoy lavish gala night

Each year APT recognise their top selling consultants with an all-inclusive trip of a lifetime and this year has been no exception.

APT’s leading agents were among the first Australian’s in the world to sail on the brand new, yacht-style small ship, Queen Eleganza, as they embarked on a seven-day cruise up the Adriatic Coast of Croatia. And Travel Weekly has a reporter onboard to bring you all the exclusive details on what makes the vessel such an incredible cruising experience in coming weeks.

The culmination of Top Achievers’ trip came when travel agents united with media, senior APT staff and VIP industry folk for a glittering gala night in Dubrovnik at a secret cliff top location that wowed Australia’s best travel agents.

Kept secret until the very last minute, the spectacular Excelsior Hotel, Dubrovnik was revealed as the setting for a night remember. The top performing Aussie travel agents enjoyed the fruits of their labour and celebrated in style, enjoying stunning views over the Adriatic in one of Europe’s most picturesque settings.

During the evening APT’s executive general manager, Steve Reynolds, thanked the agents saying, “It’s really important for us that we demonstrate our appreciation for the efforts you have made. To achieve the sales of $12 million between 15 of you is a pretty impressive result.”

He continued, “The other thing that has struck me is the diversity. It really shows that it’s achievable. I don’t think you need to work for a particular agency chain or in a particular area. It just shows real commitment.”

The travel agents who were lucky enough to get a sneak peak of APT’s newest offering, the incredible 18-cabin small-ship Queen Eleganza, are now winging their way home and ready to sell this exclusive new experience to their loyal customers.
