Woman’s tantrum over crying toddler on plane goes viral

Another week, another airline passenger making an absolute fool of themselves on a global level.

The latest culprit?

A woman spitting the dummy after being sat next to a baby spitting the dummy.

The incident occurred on a Delta Airlines flight bound leaving New York’s JFK Airport and, of course, it was filmed and has now gone viral.

As the story goes, a 19-year-old mother, Marissa Rundell, and her eight-month-old baby were seated next to a woman who had clearly not had her morning coffee.

We’re going to presume here the baby was probably kicking up a stink, an annoying thing to be sat next to on a plane, but not deserving of the scene that unfolded.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Rundell said the woman began hurling abuse at the mother and child, ranting that it was “f*cking ridiculous”.

“She was the last one to get on the plane and I was in the second to last row of the plane,” Rundell said.

“She came to the back and slammed her bags down. She said “this is f****** ridiculous. It’s bulls**t having to sit in the back of the plane,” Rundell added.

A stewardess then came over to try and calm the situation, at which point the passenger started to complain about having to sit next to a “crying baby”.

A flight attendant can be heard trying to calm the situation in the clip, however, the angry woman simply responds by asking the flightie’s name.

“I said again please watch your language she told me to shut the f*** up and shove it. That’s when the flight attendant came over and asked what the problem was,” Rundell said.

“She brought up having to sit next to a crying baby (he wasn’t crying or fussing at all),” explained Rundell.
