Get your birthday suits ready folks, a naked restaurant has opened its doors, and drapes, in Paris.

As people that often miss their mouths while eating, this news pleases the TW staff greatly.

Although on the other hand we did cancel our gym membership a couple of months back, so maybe not such a good idea.

The restaurant, aptly named O’naturel, is situated in the 12th arrondissement and officially opened on 2 November.

According to Le Parisien, O’naturel has 40 seats, a neutral front, a heavy curtain which obscures the window and a locker room for, you guessed it, your clothes.

The founders of O’naturel, brothers Mike and Stephane Saada said, “Tonight we have as members of the Paris Naturist Association. They supported our initiative from the start. We booked them the first night.”

“They were waiting impatiently. And apparently they are very happy with the result.”

“They’ve supported us from the beginning, and we reserved our first soirée for them.”

Neighbours of the risque restaurant have been overall pleased with O’naturel, according to Le Parisien.

“It doesn’t bother me at all, or my neighbours,” a man called Mehdi told the newspaper.

“We don’t see anything from the street. We know what’s happening. It’s not a massage parlour.”

A dinner at the restaurant costs around €30 (£26) and guests are encouraged to leave their clothes at the door before entering the establishment.

Not at all helping the general stereotype of Europeans having a penchant for liberal behaviour, Eater Magazine estimated more than 2.6 million people in France making nudism a regular habit.

According to the food mag, the city already boasts one public pool where people can swim in the buff up to three times a week, as well as around 460 areas including camping sites and beaches.
