“Without agents, we are nothing”: Trafalgar CEO

It’s honestly no surprise to us that agents are the lifeblood of the industry, but it doesn’t hurt for trade partners to give a little shout out from time to time as well.

And that’s exactly what Trafalgar’s done this week, with CEO Gavin Tollman attributing their success to the travel agents.

The guided holiday brand is thanking agents for playing their vital part in making 2017 such a bumper year for business and setting the stage well for an even better 2018.

Placing trust and confidence in the operator, agents are credited with creating the Trafalgar trifecta, resulting in 100 per cent definite departures for Autumn Winter & Spring 2017/2018; Discoveries for Europe & Britain 2018 and all Hawaii 2018.

“Without our agent partners, we are nothing. Our success is down to their commitment and trust in what we do and deliver for their clients,” Gavin Tollman said.

“We sincerely thank them for continually showing faith in us and testament to their ongoing support is the Trafalgar trifecta of 100% Definite Departures for AWS, 2018 E&B Discoveries and Hawaii.

“At Trafalgar, we believe in turning our words into actions and always putting #agentsfirst.

“We look forward to sharing even more positive actions with agents to enable them to sell us with even greater ease and earn even more throughout 2018.”

Adding to the Trafalgar trifecta for guaranteed trips is the exceptional air deal of $699, available across 95 Europe & Britain trips for 2018 which has now been extended to Europe Autumn, Winter and Spring trips for bookings made by 2 November 2017.

With 70 years’ experience, more than five million guests, eight travel styles across 226 itineraries in 65 countries and a completely transparent and genuine 97 per cent satisfaction rate and 52 per cent YOY repeat travellers, Trafalgar is committed to putting the simplicity and fun back into selling its authentic experiences.
