Australia’s Nature Coast launches roadshow

The Australia’s Nature Coast (ANC) partnership is on the road between 27 and 30 March, conducting trade workshops in Melbourne (27 & 28 March), Sydney (29 March), and Brisbane (30 March).

The ANC Inbound Roadshow provides opportunities for inbound and domestic travel industry companies to receive the latest news from Product Managers representing the ANC region’s major attractions, tour operators, and accommodation providers.

Australia’s Nature Coast was formed in 2013 to develop the region as one unified, world-class ecotourism destination for global promotion between Visit Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast Tourism & Events, Tourism Noosa and Destination Gympie Region with strong support by Tourism and Events Queensland.

The marketing partnership project aims to grow new international inbound visitor markets by raising awareness of the exceptional environmental assets of the collective regions.

The route which starts on the Sunshine Coast, passes through Noosa, along the Great Beach Drive to Rainbow Beach and then continues to Fraser Island, is a popular touring route for international travellers, especially those interested in adventure and nature travel.

The touring route is steeped in culture and etched in Australian history. The full journey covers two UNESCO Biosphere Reserves, a World Heritage-listed Marine Park and the largest sand island in the world.

In between, there are surfing, diving, and water sports aplenty, along with dolphin and whale encounters and high-class food and dining experiences. Full details and itineraries are available via the website www.australiasnaturecoast.com.au.
