TW and Crystal broadcast live to travel agents
In a Travel Weekly and Crystal first, we will be coming to your screens 100% live in a few weeks with an engaging one-on-one discussion and the chance to win a Crystal cruise for two.

Travel Weekly has announced it will host a groundbreaking webinar with Crystal managing director Karen Christensen on April 4.

Crystal has recently committed to the Australian market with an office here, led by  Christensen.

You’ll notice it’s not Crystal Cruises anymore – and that is because they have expanded their remit across sectors, including aviation, that is unified by Crystal service.

“We want to move the industry away from thinking we are a cruise line, our evolution has been to think outside the box,” Christensen said.

That means that their air journeys will be hosted by trained butlers, an icon of the brand, represented across their expedition yacht, river yacht and ocean liner products.

In keeping with this, there will be a guest appearance by a Crystal trademark during what promises to be an educational and engaging discussion across the brand.

Crystal recognizes its trade industry partners, and begin its expansion into Australia at the tail end of last year by engaging with trade partners first and foremost, framing the events so agents could bring their clients.

“Consumers are going to hear more and more about Crystal. We want to back that up so you can handle the consumers who walk in,” Christensen said.

The webinar promises to tell the engaging story of Crystal, and Karen will be interviewed by Travel Weekly editor Tara Harrison.

Crystal is a product sold through the trade, and they want to recognise and reward agents.

Not only will webinar viewers understand the breadth of opportunities and sales tactics Crystal offers, they will also be in the running to win a luxury cruise for two for themselves. There’s no better way to sell than to experience it first-hand.
