They review the property by looking at the features, amenities, architecture, location, staffing options, access to services etc. through 125-point inspections. This process allows the Luxury Retreats team to add only the best properties that fit their portfolio and creates a seamless experience for guests.

24/7 Concierge support to help you plan your client’s on-site experience and assist in any needs that may arise pre, during or post travel

  • The highly personalised service provided by Luxury Retreats ensure maximum satisfaction for guests, tailoring their needs and desires to the right villa for them
  • Prior to the client’s arrival, their personal concierge will reach out to the Travel Agent or client to discuss any pre-planning needs. This can include pre-stocking the villa with the selected food, arranging airport transfers, car rentals, excursions, chef services, extra housekeeping, or any other detail of the client’s stay. They would be able to arrange anything the client needs!
  • The 24/7 resource center is available as a back up, should the guest need support throughout their stay. This way, the service is consistent from when the client inquiries with Luxury Retreats all the way up to when they get back home.

Rate parity and commissionable villa rates

  • The Luxury Retreats team work closely with Travel Agents to create an extraordinary experience for their clients
  • Guaranteed Travel Agent commission if a client returns to Luxury Retreats directly for up to 2 bookings.
  • Luxury Retreats offer Travel Agents a protected commission on bookings if their clients come back to them directly (up to 2 bookings). They aim for their travel agent partners to feel confident when making them their trusted villa supplier.
