It’s New Age Caravans’ Gabby Montagnese

  1. The challenge for the industry is… Compliance and governance.

  1. The things I like about my job… I love the variety in my role, and inspiring people to be better versions of themselves. I also really enjoy helping customers improve the quality of their lives.

  1. And the frustrations… Are all worth it in the end and make for an interesting journey, it means you are taking the road less travelled.

  1. If I didn’t work in travel… I would be a psychologist.

  1. Favourite airline? Virgin.

  1. My proudest moment was… Having my son.

  1. The naughtiest thing I ever did was… Losing my license (its all I can think of – I was a well-behaved child!)

  1. I try to relax by… Meditating.

  1. The last time I feared for my life was… When I was hit by a car.

  1. If I can, I always try to… Avoid heights.
  2. I really wish I had… More hours in the day and a little more balance with home and work life.

  1. The best advice I’ve ever received was… Work hard in silence and let your success make the noise. On a personal note – your only limit in life is you.

  1. I don’t understand why… People overthink things that are out of their control. Sometimes you need to hand things over.

  1. My greatest weakness is… Being impatient with getting things done (then becoming a control freak).
  2. And my greatest strength is… Being able to manage many things at once with a clear mindset.

  1. If I won a $1 million lottery (aside from travelling), I would… Give it to those who need it around me.
  1. If I was Prime Minister, I would… Complete an overview of the taxes paid in this country and look at ways at keeping Australian jobs secure instead of penalising businesses who are then forced to look at overseas markets.
  1. If I could be someone else for one day… I would be a psychologist.
  1. I’ve always wanted to travel to… Egypt.
  1. My favourite holiday was… In the USA, specifically New York.
