Insider Journeys welcomes Renee Stanton

Insider Journeys welcomes Renee Stanton

Insider Journeys has appointed Renee Stanton as National Sales Manager to help build its brand across the Australian travel trade.

Experienced across multiple facets of the travel industry, including retail, wholesale, insurance and air, Stanton recently returned from two years in Canada. Prior to that, she was the head of sales for Adventure World.

“Renee clearly understands our brand,” general manager, customer experience and marketing Joe Ponte said, adding that she would be a strong addition to the Insider Journeys’ team.

“Renee has a reputation for delivering excellent customer service,” Ponte continued, “and she demonstrates a strong sales background coupled with a passion for travel that makes her invaluable.

“With her extensive international experience in the Australian, US and UK markets, she brings a tremendous know-how and enthusiasm to Insider Journeys. She’s joining us at a very important time as we’re building the awareness and understanding of our new brand. Renee will be a real asset in that respect.”

Stanton says her love affair with travel kicked off when she was 10, and took a trip to Thailand.

“When I travel, I want to immerse myself in the destination, live like a local, experience something out of the norm – and that’s exactly what Insider Journeys offers,” Stanton said.

“You return from the destination with a story; something that you want to share at your next dinner party. I’m absolutely delighted to represent such an iconic brand and I look forward to sharing my insider experiences with you.”
