Cruising catches up with real-time info

The Cruise Team have officially announced a major enhancement to their agent booking engine, CruiseNet.

Agents can now gain exclusive access to live pricing and availability, select sailings, cruise sale weeks, dynamic deck plans and instant booking confirmations on the World’s Leading Cruise Lines Brands (WLCL).

The WLCL brands include Carnival Australia (Spirit and Legend only), Cunard, P&O Australia, P&O World Voyages. Princess Cruises, Holland America Line and Seabourn.

The introduction of these additional cruise lines means CruiseNet now has its fingers in the pies of 14 major cruise lines, giving agents the live info they need.

The Cruise Team’s national manager David Clark said this enhancement is a real game changer for the company.

“To make this inventory available online for the purpose of packaging great cruise holidays for every Australian means our distribution partners now have additional choice and convenience available to them 24/7,” he said.

“We want to thank the team at WLCL for their commitment in delivering this important enhancement and their confidence in The Cruise Team to add further value to their existing distribution networks.”

To kick off the new launch, The Cruise Team is offering a bonus 5000 trip points per cruise booking for a range of WLCL cruises booked online.

Agents need to book and deposit a cruise on WLCL via CruiseNet between March 2 and March 31 to be rewarded.
