Best of Africa on show

INDABA and We Are Africa will team up again to join forces in 2015 under the banner, Two Shows, One Africa.

The two shows are expected to draw the world’s leading travel and tourism buyers to Cape Town and Durban in May, guaranteeing international attendees the best Africa has to offer over the course of one week.

“Last year, this partnership was an undisputed success, giving buyers who are focused on selling Africa the best exposure possible to the incredible tourism products and services available on the continent today,” South African Tourism chief executive officer, Thulani Nzima said.

We Are Africa takes place at the Cape Town Stadium from 4 to 7 May, and the Tourism Indaba will take place at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban from 9 to 11 May 2015.

For the second consecutive year, SAT is the title sponsor of We Are Africa 2015, which will feature a curated selection of African brands showcased to travel trade buyers who will then be given the opportunity to visit INDABA and be exposed to the biggest team of African exhibitors coming together on one platform.

“This partnership shows the world the quality and variety of experiences available in Africa today. The collaboration also showcases the commitment of African destinations and service providers to developing and growing this important sector of the continental economy. This is without a doubt a week that no buyer committed to selling Africa can afford to overlook,” Nzima said.
