Chinese backpacker sparks outrage, offers sex in exchange for travel
By admin

A 19-year old female Chinese backpacker has posted an ad offering to have sex with men in each city she visits if they pay for her travel, resulting in an outcry on social media with critics saying the ad was tantamount to prostitution and called for its removal.

The online ad featured on China’s popular social media website Weibo states Ju Peng as seeking “temporary boyfriends”, according to a report by International Business Times and SMH.

However, Peng did have stipulations, saying the men had to be “good looking, under 30, taller than 1.75 meters and of course rich” so as to "fund my transport to their city and all my expenses while I am there and they need to be generous."

She said in exchange for the trip, “they get a whole night with me, my undivided attention, and a chance to show themselves off in the company of a truly beautiful girl”, the paper reported.

After critics and other Weibo users blasted Peng, she defended her actions saying "it is sort of like hitch-hiking. It's nothing to be ashamed of,” the SMH reports.

According to the report, this isn’t the first time Peng has offered sex in exchange for sightseeing, having already travelled all over eastern China this way. She plans to “keep going to see the rest of the country as she doesn't have enough money to fund her trip herself”, the report stated.
