Far East Hospitality is bringing the tastes of Singapore Down Under as the hotel and serviced apartment operator spromote its upcoming ‘Explore Singapore Heritage & Food Trail.’

The group is jetting celebrity chef William Soh, renowned for his culinary expertise in local Singaporean cuisine, to Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, where he will serve up some of his signature dishes.

Soh will be heading to Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Sydney, Rendezvous Grand Hotel Melbourne and Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough between April 11 and 15.

The ‘Explore Singapore’ promotion runs from July 1 until September 30, and aims to connect travellers and locals with authentic elements of the Singapore culture. Guests will experience new heritage enclaves each day, and a different Far East Hospitality hotel each night.

“With the ‘Explore Singapore Heritage & Food Trail 2014’, guests will experience hotels that take on the character of the neighbourhoods in which they’re located, enabling them to live like a local and create an unforgettable experience,” said chief executive officer of Far East Hospitality, Arthur Kiong.

Guests who stay with Far East Hospitality during this time have the opportunity to take advantage of two packages: A five-day, four night LUX package and a three-day, two-night package.
