Apartment match-making
Our first client is a driven business woman, who travels for work and loves relaxing with a glass of wine. Client number two is a high-flying entrepreneur, who spends a lot of time away from home and enjoys watching Sunday football. And our final clients are the complete package, with mum, dad and the kids looking for a family-friendly getaway. Say hello to the corporate lady, the long-stay businessman and the family.
Welcome to Perfect Match, where we find every traveller’s ideal apartment accommodation.
And while your sales process is unlikely to resemble a game show, part of selling is knowing which client goes where, so we’ve crunched the numbers and found the perfect partners for these clients.
The corporate woman
Citadines on Bourke Melbourne is brimming with features for the business oriented woman. Located within the Central Business District, and right among the best shopping destinations like Bourke Street Mall and Collins Street, these apartments are business-focused with a side of luxury. To stay on top of work and social aspects, the property offers free WiFi and has a business corner, with a gymnasium, indoor heated lap pool and a sauna to unwind. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette, however if cooking isn’t on the agenda, the city is packed with culinary options.
Another Melbourne location to consider is the Oaks on William, set on the fringe of the legal, financial and entertainment precincts and overlooking Flagstaff Gardens. Featuring a combination of self-contained studios and apartments with modern kitchens, chic furnishings and WiFi access, female guests can retire to their rooms after a full day of meetings and relish the self-contained convenience of their contemporary apartment. Secure onsite parking and dining, and hotel meeting rooms also help to seamlessly bridge work and travel.
For the corporate woman in Sydney or Brisbane, the one-bedroom apartments at Meriton Serviced Apartments Bondi Junction or Herschel Street are like Cinderella’s slipper; very stylish indeed and just the right size.
With a spa and sauna, swimming pool, tennis courts and free WiFi, businesswomen will feel pampered and professional. The Peter Morrissey toiletries add a little extra to the experience, while separate dining and work areas make it easy to move between work and play.
The long-stay businessman
For the long-stay businessman, feeling at home in apartment accommodation makes work travel that much less tedious. Properties like Citadines on Bourke Melbourne make this a reality, with fully-equipped kitchenettes, studio apartments with a desk and one and two bedroom apartments with living and dining spaces.
If the businessman is headed to Sydney or Melbourne, Meriton Serviced Apartments World Tower and Meriton Serviced Apartments Adelaide Street are both places that cater to these clients. With two-bedroom apartments, lap pools, gymnasium, free WiFi and Peter Morrissey toiletries, it’s like returning to your own home at the end of a long day. Guests can even prepare for the family dropping in, with the extra bedroom and dining area designed for visitors. Foxtel is also part of the package, allowing guests to catch up on all the sporting action.
Oaks Casino Towers in Brisbane is another ideal choice, located in the CBD, overlooking the Brisbane River and within walking distance of the major legal and business precincts. The hotel accommodates corporate businessmen on extended stays with its free WiFi, full kitchen and laundry facilities. With a spa, pool and gym, and private balcony, the ideal mix of business and relaxation is assured.
The family
Somerset on Elizabeth Melbourne is located right in the centre of the CBD, close to public transport so families can experience all the best tourist attractions. With spacious two bedroom apartments, separate living and dining areas, and fully-equipped kitchens, these apartments cater for families with ease.
Three-bedroom apartments at Meriton Serviced Apartments Southport, Gold Coast, are another great option, close to the light rail, beaches and popular theme parks. Meriton Serviced Apartments Campbell, Sydney also offers accommodation featuring swimming pools for the kids and prime locations for visiting major attractions.
The newly refurbished Oaks Oasis in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast, is the quintessential spot for active families. Set among lush landscaped gardens, and with an on-site water park, slides and activities, kids will be entertained for hours. Families looking to make the most of their time will love the playgrounds, tennis courts, miniature golf and volleyball nets set up on the grounds. The tropical lagoon pool and spa as well as party tents will keep the parents happy too.
And with Golden and King Beach just a stone’s throw away, and attractions like Australia Zoo within easy driving distance, families can feel confident that this apartment will be their perfect match.
