Hilton unveils multi-million dollar revamp

This week, Hilton Sydney pulled up the curtain and unveiled its latest multimillion-dollar development, which features a new conference and event space spanning three levels.

The event came with a swag of stylish extras, from entertainment by Opera Australia, to a four-course banquet menu and Rob Mills as event MC, not to mention some snazzy cocktails from both Marble Bar and Zeta menus.

The upgrade took on some serious changes, and resulted in new, state-of-the-art AV and technology, design carpets inspired by Sydney’s city-scape, artwork from eleven renowned Australian artists such as Dion Horstmans, new soft furnishings including sofa lounges, panelling and registration areas as well as a first-class banquet menu helmed by Hilton’s Executive Chef, Kruno Velican.

“Our launch event showcased the diverse options and premium offerings we are able to provide in our new conference and event space,” said Ronald van Weezel, General Manager Hilton Sydney.

“We can cater for weddings, events and conferences from 10 to up to 3,000 guests offering world-class entertainment and creative catering options in a modern, warm and welcoming environment. We are very excited to offer our extended and updated services which will inspire and enhance our client’s experience.”

Over 350 guests enjoyed an immersive tour across the three levels designed by Joseph Pang, and were treated with culinary experiences from gourmet bite sized offerings to innovative cocktails and wowed by two of Opera Australia’s top talent, Julia Lea Goodwin and Simon Kim.
