Serko, online travel booking for business, has announced that business users of Serko Online will now have access to greater rewards and savings when they join Qantas Business Rewards.

Qantas Business Rewards is an evolution of the existing Aquire initiative, which has grown to over 125,000 members since launching in 2014. It adds several new features, including earning Qantas Points from the first dollar spent and the ability to increase your earn rate by flying more, with three levels of membership opening up bigger opportunities to earn and access significant savings on future bookings.

Qantas Business Rewards members will earn Qantas Points for the business when they fly on eligible flights with Qantas, American Airlines and Emirates, in addition to the Qantas Points and Status Credits they will continue to earn as an individual Qantas Frequent Flyer.

Businesses can also earn on everyday expenses with over 40 program partners including Caltex, Westpac, Avis, Budget, Vodafone, Staples and more.

One of the benefits of being a Serko Online user is that the ABN details and Qantas Frequent Flyer account number of the member is stored in their business profile, making the flight booking process more streamlined.

Darrin Grafton, CEO, Serko said, “We’re delighted to support the new Qantas Business Rewards program launch. We see it integrating seamlessly into Serko Online, where our customers can not only book and manage their flights, accommodation, transfers and car hire in one consolidated platform, but can now earn more rewards as well.”

Serko Online customers can join the program free until the end of February, saving businesses $89.50. Members receive more rewards and savings from their first flight and can make their everyday business expenditure more rewarding on a range of things like fuel, energy and insurance.

Serko Online customers are encouraged to contact their Travel Management Company for further enquiries about the program.
