Private villa made easy for agents to sell

Travel agents can now book villas with piece of mind, while being rewarded by high commissions, thanks to Elite Haven Villas.

With over 200 villas, mostly in Bali, the villas are fully managed with staff and meals provided at a cost, offering travellers’ who want that high end experience and not just a ‘room number’, a unique experience.

“What surprises people the most is the cost,” Jon Stonham Founder said during a visit to Sydney last week, who added the average rate works out to be around half the price of a comparable hotel stay, with meals approximately 20% cheaper than dining out.

“The benefit is space and privacy, an escape from the world. You’re not just a room number. All the villas have a private swimming pool, more than one in some cases,” Stonham told Travel Weekly.

Elite Havens Luxury Villa Rentals was established in 1998 and features a hand selected and personally inspected portfolio of more than 200 luxurious properties in Bali, Lombok, Phuket and Sri Lanka.

“We have dedicated staff in each country, so if something goes wrong, we’re there on the spot,” Stonham said.

The company handles more than 50,000 international guests every year and cites their principles of consistency, personalised customer service, and a secure booking process all contribute to their ongoing success.

“There is only one price, we don’t undercut agents. We don’t need agents to be a specialist, you can submit your guest expectations and we can help find the perfect villa to suit,” Stonham said.
