South Africa Tourism has partnered with TV series The Bachelor to showcase the destination to viewers of the dating show.

Channel Ten's reality dating contest, The Bachelor, has two episodes to air before the program ends with a proposal to one of three remaining ladies.

"I'm thrilled Blake and the girls were able to meet South Africa and I am looking forward to watching them fall in love with the country, as so many Australians have over the years,” South African Tourism’s general manager Australasia Lalie Ngozi said.

Bachelor Blake will take the ladies on dates in and around Cape Town during next Wednesday's episode, staying at the Table Bay Hotel and Ivory Tree Lodge within Pilanesburg Game Reserve.

“With stunning scenery, wildlife and sunsets that take your breath away, along with warm people to melt your heart and once-in-a-lifetime experiences you’ll never forget, what better place to find that one special person to spend the rest of your life with,” Ngozi said.

Blake and the ladies will visit Table Mountain, the Cape wine lands, local communities and charities such as Afrika Tikkun of which Nelson Mandela was chief patron, dive with great white sharks and safari through Pilanesburg Game Reserve.

To celebrate the final two episodes being filmed in South Africa, South African Tourism has a Romance of South Africa package involving sun, safari and city for a romantic luxury holiday.

South African Airways is offering economy class return airfares to South Africa for only $1,575 from Perth, $1,586 from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and $1,589 from Adelaide.

"Now is the time to book that honeymoon or romantic holiday; or even a fun girls’ or guys’ trip away where you can relive all the magic from The Bachelor," Ngozi said.
