Travel Counsellors get cruise savvy

Travel Counsellors get cruise savvy
By admin

Travel agents have been building on their cruise knowledge this April, with Travel Counsellors hosting a number of key ocean cruising training days across the country.

The training days were designed to give agents the chance to chat with a host of cruise suppliers to gain insight into the benefits of each product on offer.

Travel Counsellors plan to initiate several more training days as a way of keeping agents on top of their game with regards to knowledge and skills in these sectors.

The training events were in popular demand, with over 50 Travel Counsellors attending across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

The days were hosted by staff from Business Development, IT and Air Operations sectors, with presentations from key ocean cruise suppliers.

“We’ve introduced additional training days for our Travel Counsellor’s across the country as we continue to focus on the tools, support and training we offer to help them grow and build successful travel businesses,” said general manager of Travel Counsellors, Tracy Parkinson.

“We have had an excellent response from the attending Travel Counsellors and look forward to hosting more of these dedicated training programmes in the future.”
