20 years of success: Angourie Resort & Spa listed for sale

Angourie Resort & Spa, a large property in the beachside town of Yamba, is being offered to the market through JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.

The resort is home to 66 large guest rooms and villas, a popular day spa, restaurant, expansive swimming pool and bar, gymnasium, tennis court as well as meeting and conference facilities.

Boasting 84,000sqm of land on the edge of the Yuraygir National Park, the property has major drawcards for potential buyers, not only including luxury style villas and incredible location but also high barriers in surrounding areas for the entry of any development projects.

Yamba’s laid back, coastal atmosphere makes it an ideal place for a relaxing get away and has many popular tourist attractions such as the ‘National Surfing Reserve’ at Angourie point or the Clarence river which is a favourite among kayakers, fishers and hikers alike.

Exclusive agent, JLL, Andrew Langsford  said there is great potential for growth.

“An incoming purchaser could continue with the current successful operation, integrate within an existing portfolio, or pursue one of the many asset enhancement and growth opportunities.

“With the continuing success of regional destination resorts, the potential for this property is significant.”

“Angourie is an absolute gem, its natural beauty and coastal ambience, creates a unique experience for every visitor. We have enjoyed the success of this asset for more than 20 years,” Linda Mitchell, current owner of the property, said.

Angourie Resort & Spa is being offered for sale via expressions of interest closing Thursday 2 March 2023. Further information can be found by contacting agents at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.
