Regent Seven Seas Cruises launches its biggest-ever suite upgrade promotion

Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) is giving guests the chance to enjoy a two-category suite upgrade on all published cruises when booked before 1 March 2021.

The luxury cruise line’s ‘Upgrade Your Horizon’ promotion offers guests the chance to unwind in their embarkation city with a free one-night pre-cruise hotel stay when they upgrade to a Concierge Suite.

Alternatively, they can upgrade to a luxuriously appointed Penthouse Suite and enjoy additional perks and amenities, including a personal butler.

Guests from Australia and New Zealand sailing in a Deluxe Window through Penthouse Suites can also enjoy the benefits of half-price deposits, except on Grand Voyages and World Cruises.

RSSC is also incentivising travel agents in Australia and New Zealand as part of the Upgrade Your Horizon promotion with a $250 Visa gift card for each new deposited booking made by 31 January 2021, on any sailing departing between 1 October 2021 and 25 April 2023.

The gift card will be paid within 60 days of the end of the promotion – not after sailing. Eligible bookings must be registered here.

Lisa Pile, vice president of sales for Australia and New Zealand at RSSC, said: “After the year that our travel advisors have had, we wanted to provide a strong tool with few restrictions to tempt their clients, with as many available choices as possible.

“This is why we have made Upgrade Your Horizon our most generous suite upgrade offer by opening it up to all available ships, voyages and destinations.

“Additionally, we want to reward our Travel Advisors for their hard work in unbelievably difficult circumstances with a $250 gift card for each new deposited booking that is made.

“Their professionalism and determination throughout this crisis has been incredible and we at Regent are proud to work alongside them.”

Regent Reassurance, which allows travellers to cancel for any reason up to 15 days prior to departure date and receive a 100 per cent Future Cruise Credit, has been extended for all bookings made by 31 January for all voyages departing through 31 October.

RSSC will also be hosting trade and consumer webinars to provide a taste of its new Upgrade Your Horizon campaign and showcase top-selling itineraries across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Alaska, and South America.

Hosted by Pile and RSSC’s sales director for Australia and New Zealand, Gillian Seller, tomorrow (13 January), the trade session kicks off at 12pm AEDT, and the consumer session starts at 2pm AEDT.

To register for the trade webinar, please click here, and to invite your clients to attend the consumer webinar and explore new horizons, please ask them to register here.

To help travel advisors market this promotion, Regent has designed a toolkit which includes customisable flyers, banners and social media tiles.
