Rocky Mountaineer enhances booking flexibility and extends promotion

Canadian rail-tour operator Rocky Mountaineer has announced enhanced booking flexibility and an extension to what it’s dubbing “our best promotion of the year”.

The company has extended its ‘All Aboard 2021’ promotion until Friday 16 October, meaning guests can book a 2021 qualifying package of eight days or more and get four free perks, valued up to $1,100 per couple.

The four perks include two hotel nights, airport transfers and dinner.

This promotion extension comes as Rocky Mountaineer confirms a range of measures to offer guests enhanced flexibility with bookings.

Those who book a journey on Rocky Mountaineer in 2021 will get a fully-refundable deposit up to 60 days from the booking date.

Furthermore, guests won’t have to make the final payment until 60 days prior to travel, and will be able to make two date changes up to 60 days prior to travel – up to and including the 2023 season – with no change fees.

Rocky Mountaineer is also allowing names to be changed on bookings up to 30 days ahead of travel, should some of the party be unable to take part. However, changes can only be made once and one original name must remain on the booking.

More info can be found via the Rocky Mountaineer website.
