Hyatt announces plans for a new Hyatt Regency in Adelaide
Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with CES Pirie Hotel (SA) Pty Ltd., an entity wholly owned by Chip Eng Seng Corporation Limited, to develop a new Hyatt Regency in Adelaide.
The new 295-room hotel will mark the return of a Hyatt branded hotel to Adelaide, continuing Hyatt’s expansion in Australia. With construction planned to commence in early 2020, Hyatt Regency Adelaide is expected to open in early 2023.
The Ritz-Carlton, Perth gets open date

Aman announces a NEW destination: ALULA, Saudi Arabia
Aman will debut in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2023.

DoubleTree by Hilton will take its iconic warm welcome to new heights when its famous chocolate chip cookie becomes the first-ever food baked in space inside a prototype oven designed to make long-duration space travel more hospitable.
DoubleTree by Hilton will make aerospace history later this year when a batch of specially prepared DoubleTree Cookie dough is launched along with a prototype oven in a rocket bound for the International Space Station (ISS). Working in partnership with Zero G Kitchen, which creates appliances for micro-gravity use in long-duration space flights, and NanoRacks, a leading provider of commercial access to space, Hilton will be the first hospitality company to participate in research aboard the space station.
