TMS Talent shows off new-look brand

Travel and hospitality recruitment specialist TMS Talent has launched a revitalised brand, including changing the name of its UK operation from New Frontiers to unite the business globally.

Unveiled at TMS Talent Group’s first global conference, held in Bangkok earlier this year, the new-look brand includes a new logo, website and striking red visual identity.

John Terry, group managing director at TMS Talent, said: “We have a clear vision to be the leader in the travel and hospitality recruitment sector globally, and with our new brand, we are well poised to do so.

“Our new brand identity and website better reflect who we are as a business collectively, and set a solid platform for future growth and expansion.”

TMS Talent has ambitious plans to shape the future of recruitment through its unique and high touch service model.

“This rebrand project was ignited by the desire to take our brand to the next level in a fresh new way,” Terry said.

“Our leadership team strongly believes that by uniting our group under one brand and clearly articulating our shared values, we can better showcase our compelling proposition to clients and candidates, really differentiating ourselves as a company.”

New Frontiers was acquired in 2017 by TMS Talent Group, backed by investor Steve Hamblin, who said the rebrand to TMS Talent marks a significant step in the future of the business.

“I can’t think of a more exciting time in the company’s 25-year history with our entire team coming together to witness the launch of a brand we can all be extremely proud of,” he said.

TMS Talent’s group head of operations, Kay Eriksson, described the company’s new brand identity as “bold, ambitious, young and vibrant”.

“It embodies the high-performance culture we are creating internally, and the drive and determination we have as a team, to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients and candidates.”
